Trade Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial institution in Dallas, is looking for an Ops Analyst to support their traders & PMs.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and process daily trade activity to ensure accurate and timely settlement
Reconcile trades, positions, and cash balances; investigate and resolve breaks or discrepancies
Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve trade issues and confirm allocations
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures
Support process improvements, reporting, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in trade operations (reconciliations, settlements, clearing, allocations, processing, etc.)
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with trading/portfolio systems
Python and SQL are a plus
