Responsibilities

Team Leadership (Primary Focus):

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Pre‑Sales Engineers/Consultant

Provide indirect leadership across a broader 75‑person technical organization

Drive performance management, coaching, and career development

Build a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture

Pre‑Sales Organization Management:

Own day‑to‑day operations of the pre‑sales engineering function

Standardize processes across:

Solution development

Technical validation

RFP/RFI responses

Deal support frameworks

Improve win rates, consistency, and scalability

Skills/Must have

5+ years of people leadership within Pre‑Sales / Sales Engineering

Prior background as an individual contributor (hands‑on SE/Architect)

Experience within a VAR, MSP, or Systems Integrator environment

Strong exposure to enterprise technologies across:

Networking

Cloud

Automation

AI/Data (preferred but not mandatory)

Proven ability to manage, motivate, and scale technical team
