They are seeking a highly skilled Cisco UC Solutions Architect to join the growing MSP, supporting enterprise clients with the design, delivery, and optimization of unified communications and collaboration solutions. This is a fully remote role, ideally suited for candidates based in or near New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Cisco Unified Communications solutions (CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, CUBE, Expressway) across enterprise environments

Lead end‑to‑end solution lifecycle including discovery, HLD/LLD creation, implementation, and post‑deployment support

Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable UC solutions

Support and design UCaaS and hybrid cloud deployments, including migrations from on‑prem to cloud

Collaborate with sales teams on pre‑sales activities, including solution design, SOWs, and technical presentations

Provide guidance on dial plan design, SIP trunking, and call routing strategies

Act as a technical escalation point for complex UC issues

Participate in customer success initiatives, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and solution optimization

Required Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco UC technologies (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, CUBE, Expressway)

Proven experience designing and supporting on‑prem and UCaaS solutions

Experience working within an MSP or multi‑client environment

Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, dial plans, and call routing

Experience with solution documentation (HLDs, LLDs, SOWs)

Strong client‑facing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Teams, including Direct Routing and Teams Phone

Exposure to Webex Calling / Webex Contact Center or other cloud collaboration platforms

Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Collaboration or equivalent)

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Salary

$150,000 - $180,000
