Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care experience preferred)
Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration and professional excellence
