ADsmith Communications is seeking a Digital Media Specialist with hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, PPC, and performance marketing . This role focuses on executing, managing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, display, and video advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with campaign data, budgets, and performance reporting tools to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns including SEM/PPC, display advertising, video ads, and paid social media
Execute campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Write conversion-focused ad copy for search, social, display, and video campaigns
Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, and more
Review dashboards and performance reports to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow, documentation, and campaign execution
Work with clients across multiple industries and business objectives
Maintain strong attention to detail in reporting, tracking, and campaign setup/management
Organize and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions

Required Skillsets
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or PPC advertising
Proven experience managing multiple paid advertising campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
Google Ads, Meta, or other platform certifications (preferred but not required)
Experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Search Console

Salary: starting at $50,000 depending on experience
