Hybrid Customer Service Representative Needed for a Financial Institution in Boise, ID– HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Job ID: 25454

Pay Rate: $19 per Hour

Location: Hybrid, Onsite in Boise, ID(**Must Reside withinCommute Distance**)

Employment Type: Contract, Approximately 2 Months

Schedule: Schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week, including at least one required weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Training Schedule: Four Day, 10 Hour Shifts for 2 Weeks during the Training Period (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM PDT / 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM MDT)

Regular Schedule: Five Day, 8 Hours Shifts from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM MDT or 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM MDT

As a

Customer Service Representative , you will be an essential part of a collaborative team, assisting customers across eight states through a virtual branch-style contact center. You will support customers with online banking, balance inquiries, account openings, and more. Your ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service will help uphold the institution’s commitment to excellence.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Handle 75 – 100 inbound calls daily with a genuine attitude of care and assistance.

Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

Maintain accurate customer records by updating the database consistently.

Utilize multiple screens and computer systems efficiently to provide seamless customer support.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Customer-focused individuals who thrive in service-oriented environments.

Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or contact centers; banking experience is a plus.

Tech-savvy candidates who can navigate multiple systems within a Microsoft Office environment.

Strong communication skills, including proper phone etiquette and active listening.

Consistent attendance and punctuality—the basics of professional responsibility!

Eagerness to learn new software and apply information quickly.

Ability to pass a “soft pull” credit check (does not affect your credit score) and a background check to access sensitive customer information.

Maintain a Tobacco-free, including vaping, environment.
