
Sales Agent

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent in the Phoenix/Tucson area to grow our corporate client base by selling comprehensive employee wellness programs to organizations. This role is focused on new business development, building relationships with decision-makers, and guiding prospects from initial outreach through contract execution. The ideal candidate understands consultative B2B sales and can articulate the business value of employee wellness—not just the features.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients seeking employee wellness solutions
Conduct outbound sales activities including cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking
Present and sell customized wellness programs (health coaching, fitness, challenges, workshops, etc.)
Build relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, executives, and decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, notes, and reporting within CRM or sales tracking tools
Collaborate with internal operations and wellness teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
Stay informed on corporate wellness trends, employer needs, and competitive offerings
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or professional services
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently present to individuals and groups (virtual and/or onsite)
Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to HR, benefits, or executive leadership
Familiarity with corporate wellness programs or employee benefits
Experience working with mid-size to large organizations
Performance Expectations
Consistently generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Close new corporate accounts aligned with company pricing and program standards
Accurately document sales activity and forecasts
Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
Compensation & Work Structure
Compensation structure: $50,000 - $70,000 salary plus 10% commission
Expected annual company revenue of $1,000,000 - $3,000,000
Flexible schedule with accountability for performance and results
