
Commercial Lines Account Manager

Insurors of Texas is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Small Business Unit. This full time, hybrid position requires a professional who will manage their own book of commercial accounts, ensure accurate and timely policy processing, and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and team members. The Account Manager will oversee renewal marketing, resolve policy issues, and adapt to changing workflows while upholding the agency’s standards for service and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Primary point of contact with clients for all inquiries
Provide day to day servicing for an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts.
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes with precision and timeliness.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding coverage, billing, and claims procedures.
Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, resolve underwriting and billing issues, and secure timely documentation.
Maintain accurate records within the agency management system.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of commercial lines policies, billing, and coverage a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software systems(AMS360 preferred)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Minimum two years of experience in Commercial Insurance - preferred
General Lines Property and Casualty LIcense in the State of Texas – preferred
