As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Policy Management and Review: Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients. Claims Processing: Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Commercial Insurance Experience Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options. Well versed in Microsoft 365 Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance.
