Role Description We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage our presence within the multi-family markets. This is a key position for a self-motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on exceeding sales goals, developing strong partnerships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Qualifications Develop and manage a territory sales plan focused on expanding business with multifamily housing and property managers. Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and achieving monthly and annual KPIs. Build and maintain long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and project support. Collaborate with design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports. Represent the Kitchen & Floor Decor brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
What We’re Looking For: 3–5+ years of territory or sales experience (multi-family market experience is a plus). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. xsgimln Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
