Orchestrate a massive team of superintendents and trade partners across multiple high-rise and mid-rise towers simultaneously. Operational Excellence:
Own the
Oracle P6
schedule and
Procore
workflows for a project of immense complexity. Strategic Partnership:
Serve as the primary on-site liaison for ownership, consultants, and municipal inspectors. Safety & Quality Culture:
Set the standard for a "Zero-Incident" site while maintaining the high-finish quality expected of a premium residential brand.
What You Bring The Track Record:
You have successfully delivered at least one
$100M+ high-rise
or a
500+ unit
multifamily community. Experience:
15+ years in the dirt, with at least 5–7 years in a Senior Leadership role managing other Superintendents. Tech Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in
P6, Procore, and Bluebeam . Credentials:
OSHA 30 and a deep understanding of high-density site logistics and structural requirements.
