The Role We are seeking a
Social Media & Marketing Manager
to lead and execute our digital presence across multiple properties and brands. This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role —ideal for someone who can create compelling content, run campaigns, and directly impact leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms Build and maintain content calendars across multiple properties Post consistently and actively engage with audiences (comments, DMs) Content Creation Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok) Capture property tours, amenities, and neighborhood content Maintain a strong, cohesive brand aesthetic Marketing & Campaigns Execute campaigns for lease-ups, launches, and promotions Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) (preferred) Track and analyze performance: leads, conversions, cost per lease Set up postings on Zillow / Streeteasy
Collaboration Partner with leasing teams to align marketing with inventory Coordinate with brokers and external partners on co-marketing efforts Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems (e.g., Yardi) Qualifications 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and paid media Experience creating and editing content (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is xsgimln a plus What We’re Looking For Execution-oriented and fast-moving Strong eye for branding and design Ability to turn content into real leads and leases Ownership mindset with a proactive approach Compensation & Benefits Salary:
