The Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across multiple properties and brands.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who can create compelling content, run campaigns, and directly impact leasing performance.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Build and maintain content calendars across multiple properties
  • Post consistently and actively engage with audiences (comments, DMs)

Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
  • Capture property tours, amenities, and neighborhood content
  • Maintain a strong, cohesive brand aesthetic

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Execute campaigns for lease-ups, launches, and promotions
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) (preferred)
  • Track and analyze performance: leads, conversions, cost per lease
  • Set up postings on Zillow / Streeteasy


Collaboration

  • Partner with leasing teams to align marketing with inventory
  • Coordinate with brokers and external partners on co-marketing efforts
  • Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems (e.g., Yardi)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and paid media
  • Experience creating and editing content (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
