Location: Charleston, SC (On-Site) Overview An established real estate investment and management firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and retail assets. This role is responsible for day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and experienced in managing multiple commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including routine inspections and maintenance coordination Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs in partnership with leasing teams Manage rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances or tenant-related charges Develop and manage annual operating budgets for assigned properties Complete CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and ensure accurate tenant billing Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party vendors Maintain organized lease, tenant, and vendor documentation Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, including insurance and operational requirements Coordinate required inspections (fire/life safety systems, etc.) with vendors and local authorities Track and ensure completion of maintenance work in line with company standards Prepare regular reports on property operations and financial performance Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent property needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3–5+ years of commercial property management experience (office and/or retail) Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciliations xsgimln Experience with property management software such as Sage, Timberline, Rent Manager, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Customer-service oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and company holidays Health insurance reimbursement Cell phone stipend Employment Type:
