
Senior Property Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking commercial property management candidates for an opening with our client in Baltimore County. The Property Manager will oversee all operations for commercial properties. This role manages complex assets, high‑visibility clients, and provides leadership and guidance to property management staff.

Key Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections and oversee preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance. Supervise maintenance teams and manage third‑party vendors. Lead capital planning, deferred maintenance projects, and tenant improvement oversight. Ensure life‑safety compliance, fire drills, and operational readiness. Support onboarding/offboarding of properties. Serve as primary contact for ownership on complex or high‑profile properties. Contribute to internal training programs and materials. Approve invoices and ensure proper coding. Review monthly financials and prepare summary reports for ownership. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and conduct expense analyses. Track TI costs, reimbursements, and review CAM reconciliations. Source and manage bids for service contracts and capital projects. Prepare scopes of work and oversee project execution. Manage insurance claims and incident reporting. Maintain maintenance schedules, capital plans, and lease‑driven responsibilities. Build strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and service. Coordinate move‑ins/outs and ensure lease compliance. Support collections of past‑due balances as needed.
Qualifications 7+ years of commercial property management experience. Experience with complex assets or multi‑building portfolios. Strong financial and budgeting skills. xsgimln Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management systems.
