Employee Benefits Account Manager

About the Role As Employee Benefits Account Manager you will be a key part of maintaining great client satisfaction and retention. You’re also responsible for a large portion of daily service and policy management, supporting the sales team and Account Executives with the following: Group medical and ancillary policy documentation, spreadsheeting, data entry, coverage review, and client communication Renewal preparation, quoting, and working with underwriters on submissions to prepare proposals Assisting clients with information pertaining to compliance, enrollment, and billing Job Specs Location: Knoxville, TN. Hybrid schedule is available. Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience working with employee benefits insurance plan client service and/or benefits administration.
