Position Overview Sensis is seeking a senior, bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Director to lead and actively manage multiple healthcare and public sector accounts. This is a hybrid leadership role requiring both high-level strategic oversight and hands‑on day‑to‑day management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping long‑term strategy, leading executive‑level client conversations, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution. This individual will play a critical role in integrating Spanish‑language campaigns into broader general market initiatives — ensuring alignment, cohesion, and strategic consistency across all channels and stakeholders. The right candidate is proactive, assertive, operationally strong, and confident navigating complex, multi‑agency environments. Key Responsibilities Account Leadership Serve as senior strategic lead and primary client contact Manage executive‑level client relationships with confidence and credibility Lead high‑stakes meetings and presentations Provide strategic direction across integrated marketing initiatives Day‑to‑Day Account Management Directly manage daily workflow and execution across internal teams Oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions Step in as needed to resolve issues and maintain momentum Review and elevate work before client delivery Multi‑Agency & Stakeholder Coordination Navigate complex stakeholder environments Ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners Maintain alignment while protecting agency interests Required Qualifications 10+ years of agency account leadership experience Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) — required Significant healthcare marketing experience (payer, public health, Medicaid, ACA marketplace, or related sectors strongly preferred) Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders Proven ability to operate successfully in multi‑agency environments Strong financial and operational management experience What We Offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Generous PTO - Potential growth opportunities Where: Seal Beach, CA, Glendale, CA, Bethesda, MD, Austin, TX, or Atlanta, GA- hybrid work from home, office, and client site #J-18808-Ljbffr
