ROCHE BOBOIS , world leader in the premium / luxury furniture business with 260+ showrooms in more than 60 countries. We are looking for a great Sales & Design Consultant to join our new team! Job Title Sales & Design Consultant Supervisor Showroom Manager Requirements AUTOCAD, Photoshop, 20/20 knowledge is a plus, and experience in the furniture and high-end luxury retail Industry is required. Schedule 5 days a week including Saturday Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm on a rotating schedule. Job Description To welcome and greet customers To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..) To use our 3D software company tools when for projects; To follow up with leads in a professional manner; To be on house calls when required. Factory Purchases Follow Up To place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up To provide updates to clients when needed Customer Service To coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion) Marketing store tools when needed To assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager; To report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution Required Skills Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills Motivation to work in a sales environment Strong Interest in the furniture business #J-18808-Ljbffr
