Area Director, Business Development

LOCATION Las Vegas, NV JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is a Fortune 500 environmental services leader and one of the most acquisitive operators in the waste and sustainability sector. The company is seeking an Area Director of Business Development to accelerate growth across its newly formed Mountain West Area through high‑velocity M&A and targeted market expansion. This individual will serve as the deal quarterback, partnering directly with the Area President to shape the long‑term strategic direction of the region. The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of M&A or corporate development experience with a strong operator’s mindset. Comfort engaging both blue‑ and white‑collar stakeholders and the ability to independently run deals end‑to‑end are essential. Prior experience in private equity‑style roll‑ups or decentralized, growth‑oriented organizations is strongly preferred.
