
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Consultants and Marketing Team with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to blend sales support with hands-on marketing and event coordination. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our homes market-ready, boosting our social media presence, and ensuring our events run smoothly—all while directly supporting our consultants in delivering a world-class buyer experience.
Responsibilities Tour homes regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and identify repair needs
Prepare homes for open houses, community events, and private tours
Assist the Sales Consultant with scheduling, client preparation, and daily admin tasks
Marketing & Social Media Capture and edit short-form social media videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Support overall marketing efforts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and showcasing available homes
Help coordinate social media campaigns with the Marketing Team
Event Support Assist in planning and executing open houses, realtor luncheons, community events, and buyer appreciation activities
Coordinate catering, event materials, signage, and onsite setup/breakdown
Ensure all events are well-staged and represent the ICONIQ Homes brand
Cross-Team Coordination Work closely with Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Management to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Track and organize event feedback, social media engagement, and marketing performance
Qualifications Live within 40 minutes of Conroe or Splendora, TX
Are detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong organizational skills
Have at least 6+ months of marketing, event planning, or sales support experience (real estate experience a plus)
Are comfortable using social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for business marketing
Enjoy being hands-on—whether setting up an event, preparing a home for showings, or capturing videos onsite
Communicate professionally with both clients and team members
Are available to work weekends when events or open houses are scheduled
Are bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred but not required
