Account Executive III - The Agency
As an Account Executive III, you are a confident, solutions-oriented account professional who plays a critical role in driving integrated marketing work forward. You bring strong project management skills, polished client communication, and a growing strategic understanding of digital marketing, media, and performance analytics.
At this level, you’re no longer just executing—you’re connecting the dots. You proactively troubleshoot issues, contribute thoughtful insights, and support senior team members in delivering high-quality, performance-driven campaigns. You’re comfortable managing complexity, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring work is executed accurately, efficiently, and on brand across channels.
What you will be doing Project & Production Management Manage timelines and execution of creative and marketing deliverables across 360° campaigns (web, email, social, paid media, print)
Partner closely with project managers, strategists, creatives, media, and development teams to move work seamlessly from brief to launch
Own day-to-day execution details, ensuring strong documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
Route creative internally and externally, confirming alignment with brand standards, campaign goals, and approved scope
QA all deliverables for accuracy, visual alignment, functionality, and performance-readiness before client delivery
Identify risks or gaps early and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track
Has a working understanding of the media funnel and how channels support awareness, consideration, and conversion
Execute and QA UTM tracking across campaigns to ensure accurate performance measurement
Support basic event tracking (e.g., form submissions, button clicks) in collaboration with development teams
Pull, analyze, and synthesize performance data across platforms (Google Analytics, email platforms, ad platforms)
Contribute insights and optimization ideas related to messaging, audience targeting, creative performance, and landing pages
Assist senior team members in reviewing client and third-party data to inform recommendations
Earn and maintain Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads certifications
Technical & Platform Experience Execute and troubleshoot UTM parameters and basic event tracking using Google Tag Manager
Possess advanced knowledge of CMS platforms , including light familiarity with source code
Confidently update content, imagery, and layouts on client websites with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform design- and functionality-focused QA to ensure web updates align with approved creative and brand standards
Pull and analyze email performance metrics , identifying trends and optimization opportunities related to content, segmentation, and timing
Client Communication & Relationship Building Serve as a reliable day-to-day client contact for deliverables, timelines, assets, and project coordination
Navigate ambiguous requests by asking smart clarifying questions and using examples to guide alignment
Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns before they escal
Support senior team members in building client presentations and reports, ensuring materials are polished, on-brand, and insight-driven
What we need from you 3–5 years of agency or integrated marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, metrics, and campaign execution
Working knowledge of ad platforms and targeting capabilities (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Campaign Manager)
Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Proficiency in presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
Google Ads and Meta certifications (or willingness to earn within 90 days)
