Knowledgeability of servers and switches. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent writing and editing skills. Must be detail oriented, precise and accurate. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and work with LAN/WAN engineers to make them easily understandable using text and pictures. Ability to follow SOP’s and update them as needed. Availability to work 20-30 hours per week. Skills and Experience: Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills. Self-motivated and ambitious. A drive to meet goals and deadlines. A team player who isn't a clock watcher. Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods. Ability to communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face. Some travel may be required.
