Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Northfield, NJ Salary: up to $75,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO License Required: Active NJ Property & Casualty License Our client, a well-established, family-owned insurance agency with a legacy in South Jersey, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insurance professional to take ownership of a commercial lines portfolio while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse commercial lines book, including general liability, commercial property, business auto, workers’ compensation, and umbrella policies Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, providing guidance on coverage, risk management, and policy structure Handle renewals, endorsements, and day‑to‑day servicing of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Work closely with carriers to resolve issues, obtain quotes, and ensure accurate, timely issuance of policies Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients Collaborate with internal teams, including producers and support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and track critical deadlines for renewals and compliance Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional products and services to existing clients Qualifications Active NJ Property & Casualty license required 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Why Join This Team?
