PRODUCT & PORTFOLIO MARKETING SPECIALIST @ ACDI: A Product & Portfolio Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving marketing readiness, visibility, and sales enablement across assigned ACDI solutions. This role works closely with internal product teams and external vendor partners to translate offerings into clear messaging, campaigns, and tools that support revenue growth. The specialist serves as the primary marketing point of contact for their portfolio and ensures alignment between product strategy, sales priorities, and market communication. Successful team members contribute to a collaborative work environment and demonstrate courteous, helpful, and professional behavior while supporting ACDI’s mission, vision, and core values. ACDI’S PRODUCT & PORTFOLIO MARKETING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: The Product & Portfolio Marketing Specialist has several duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned solutions such as ACDI Energy and Scanshare Partner with internal product managers and external vendors to stay current on roadmaps, features, and positioning Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for dealers and end users Recommend campaign themes, promotions, and go-to-market motions Develop briefs and requirements for content, design, video, and digital deployment Ensure sales teams have current presentations, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive positioning Identify gaps in enablement and propose solutions Support product launches, updates, and partner communications Participate in recurring meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders Monitor market activity and provide feedback from the field to product teams Collaborate with marketing automation resources to bring campaigns to market Maintains a complete understanding of and adheres to all ACDI policies, procedures, and processes Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain a positive organizational culture while upholding ACDI's mission, vision, and core values Understand and successfully accomplish the established goals and objectives outlined in the marketing strategy plans EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, or solution marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working with technology or software solutions Ability to translate complex information into practical sales messaging Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong presentation and communication skills Experience supporting B2B or channel sales organizations is a strong plus ADDITIONAL SKILLS Strong professional communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person) Strategic thinking with strong execution follow-through Project coordination and collaboration Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company or team information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift 15 pounds Ability to travel up to 10% annually or as needed, and fly on a commercial airliner if needed May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel WORK ENVIRONMENT Moderate noise level, located at Benton Headquarters Fast-paced and collaborative Employee may be required to furnish adequate internet services, mobile services, and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
