Responsibilities Graduate from our Agent Launch training program. Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients. Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments and convert. Conduct three open houses monthly. Participate in team activities per team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training and partner calls. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology. Qualifications Possess a current REAL ESTATE License. People oriented and driven. Will show up to all team meetings (in‑person and virtual). Positive, happy attitude. Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car. Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes. Learning based & coachable. Ambitious with proven ability to succeed. High school graduate. Team player. 2+ years of real‑estate sales experience (must be licensed). Organized. Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues. Excellent time management skills. You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.
