Overview In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) — EZ Baths offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, including consumers with accessibility needs. We are a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions and have developed a reputation for quality and workmanship. We are seeking Sales Representatives to work in the Lake Charles, LA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis Full-time outside sales role focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners; prior to first interaction, 80% of the legwork is completed through a rigorous pre-qualification process We handle order processing and post-sale changes; you will focus on selling and delivering a proven sales presentation after training Qualifications 1-3 years of in-home sales experience is preferred, but not required; we will train the right candidate Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Ability to work independently Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Previous sales experience preferred Salary and Benefits $100,000 to $250,000 annual salary is typical for fully committed team members The best training in the industry from start to close #J-18808-Ljbffr
