This organization manufactures a regulated, advanced medical therapy device sold directly to healthcare providers. In parallel, it operates a consumer-facing brand that drives patient awareness and demand — creating downstream pull-through for provider adoption. The marketing leader will architect and execute both engines simultaneously. This is a high-impact, player-coach role reporting directly to the CEO. The Role You will own the full marketing function across two strategic pillars: B2B Pipeline & Revenue Marketing Consumer Brand Awareness & Demand Creation The company operates with an AI-enabled workflow culture. Senior leaders are expected to leverage AI daily to increase output, reduce dependency on headcount, and accelerate execution velocity. Core Responsibilities 1. B2B Revenue Engine (Provider Acquisition) Drive predictable pipeline growth and support deal acceleration. Lead inbound demand generation (website, paid media oversight, landing pages, content) Develop segmented outreach campaigns by specialty, geography, and buyer profile Create deal-stage-specific nurture sequences aligned with sales cycle phases Build competitive positioning materials and sales enablement assets Architect trade show systems (pre-event outreach, rapid follow-up workflows, post-event nurture) Launch competitive displacement campaigns targeting practices using alternative devices Maintain structured marketing-to-pipeline reporting dashboards Partner closely with sales leadership on conversion optimization 2. Consumer Brand Growth (Category Awareness) Build national recognition in a non-invasive regenerative therapy category that influences provider demand. Develop content strategy across social, video, SEO, and patient education Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital channels Align geographic marketing spend with active sales markets Manage paid media agencies and optimize directory presence Increase awareness metrics that support B2B pull-through 3. Referral & Expansion Strategy Systematize referral marketing from current providers Leverage success stories as sales enablement assets Develop expansion campaigns targeting existing accounts What Success Looks Like First 90 Days Full channel audit completed Sales enablement materials refreshed and adopted Marketing-to-pipeline reporting cadence implemented Event follow-up system running within 24 hours post-show 6 Months Increase in marketing-sourced qualified opportunities Reduced cost per lead Noticeable content velocity improvement via AI workflows Strong sales-marketing alignment 12 Months Measurable marketing contribution to closed revenue Predictable pipeline generation system Operational leverage beyond team size AI Fluency (Required) This company operates with AI embedded in daily workflows. You must: Use AI tools daily for content creation, research, campaign building, and data analysis Rapidly prototype landing pages, dashboards, and messaging frameworks Understand when AI outputs require compliance editing (regulated healthcare content) Think in terms of automation and augmentation before headcount expansion During interviews, candidates may be asked to demonstrate AI-enabled marketing work based on publicly available company information. Required Qualifications 5+ years in B2B marketing supporting a sales-driven organization Experience marketing high-ticket products/services ($25K+ sales cycles) Demonstrated ownership of pipeline metrics and funnel optimization CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred) Hands-on execution capability (not purely strategic oversight) Strong analytical orientation (pipeline data, CAC, CPL, conversion rates) Comfortable in founder-led, high-accountability environments Based in South Florida; able to work onsite 2–3 days per week Preferred Experience Healthcare, medical device, or health-tech marketing Familiarity with FDA-regulated marketing compliance Experience marketing to healthcare practices (men’s health, aesthetics, urology, PT, chiropractic, etc.) Trade show demand generation experience Competitive conversion campaigns Paid media agency management HubSpot power-user level Compensation Base Salary: $140K–$170K Performance Bonus Total Compensation Potential: ~$220K Benefits included Not for you?
