Marketing & Community Outreach Manager Full-Time | Growth-Focused | Local Community Role About Us Waves Express Car Wash is a fast-growing, customer-focused express wash brand built on delivering exceptional service, strong community presence, and a high-energy team culture. We are not your typical car wash—and this is not your typical marketing job. The Role We are looking for a driven, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Manager to help grow our brand and customer base. This role is part marketing, part sales, and heavily community-focused . While there will be some office responsibilities, the majority of success in this role comes from being out in the field—building relationships, generating leads, and driving memberships and revenue. What You’ll Do Community Engagement & Local Marketing Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations Attend and represent Waves at community events, festivals, and local functions Set up and execute grassroots marketing initiatives (pop-ups, partnerships, etc.) Develop referral relationships with nearby businesses Fleet & B2B Sales Identify and call on local businesses with company vehicles Build and manage a pipeline of fleet wash prospects Present and sell fleet wash programs and corporate partnerships Maintain ongoing relationships with business accounts On-Site Marketing & Brand Growth Visit Waves locations regularly to support marketing initiatives Assist with in-person promotions and membership drives Train and support team members on sales initiatives when needed Digital & Office Responsibilities Manage and respond to Google reviews and customer feedback Assist with social media content and posting Support local marketing campaigns and promotions Track leads, partnerships, and results What We’re Looking For Highly outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who does not need constant direction Sales-minded with a drive to hit targets and grow revenue Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives Comfortable working both in an office setting and out in the field Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Bonus Points For: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development Experience with community outreach or event marketing Familiarity with social media and online reputation management Compensation & Benefits Base salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunity for significant upside based on performance Career growth into leadership roles as the company expands Flexible, dynamic work environment (not stuck behind a desk) Why This Role is Different You won’t be sitting in an office all day You’ll have the freedom to create opportunities and make an impact Your success will directly drive revenue and growth You’ll play a key role in expanding the Waves brand in the community How to Apply If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and being out in the community , we want to hear from you.
