Role Description This is a volunteer role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing and sales efforts, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and organization within the team. This is a hybrid role located in near Klamath Falls, Oregon with the option for some work from home.
Qualifications Willing to volunteer several hours per week over 6 months
Administrative and organizational skills
Ability to take guidance and direction according to established procedures and policies
Emergent or intermediate Sales and Marketing knowledge proficient in both social media and print media approaches
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, particularly in a youth organization or high school leadership role
High school diploma or equivalent; a partially completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
