The Role: We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our Commercial/Business Development team at IDR. In this role, you will be the key liaison between IDR and its clients, responsible for growing existing client relationships, creating strategic client partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across a global team within multiple client segments while shaping IDR's presence in the U.S. market. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of client accounts. Build strong relationships by understanding evolving needs, introducing relevant services, and identifying new opportunities. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and updates to reinforce value delivery. Partner with internal teams (Operations, Client Service, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution. New Business Development Map client organizations to uncover new stakeholders and business units. Contribute to lead qualification, tailored messaging and consistent outreach. Represent IDR and engage with clients at industry events and virtual sessions to expand visibility. Sales Execution & Revenue Management Manage the full sales cycle, including renewals and expansions. Update client account and contact details within CRM systems. Maintain an active pipeline and report progress through CRM systems. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills: Education Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include business, marketing, or economics. Experience 3-6+ years in account management, business development, or a client-facing commercial role with a proven record of exceeding quotas/targets. Background working with Market Research, Fortune 500, Global Consulting, and/or Financial Services companies highly preferred. Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of B2B sales methodologies. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment.
