Account Executive, Business Sales Type: Full-time Start: ASAP Length: Ongoing Location: Tucson, AZ (hybrid / flexible WFH days) Compensation: $46,440–$62,820 base + full benefits An enterprise telecommunications organization is seeking a high-energy Account Executive to drive new business within the small business segment. This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new accounts, building a territory, and consistently exceeding sales targets through outbound prospecting and solution-based selling. You’ll own your territory end-to-end—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing—while representing one of the most disruptive brands in telecommunications. What You’ll Be Doing Prospect, cold-call, network, and generate new business within an assigned territory Acquire new small business customers (1–9 employees) through outbound sales efforts Analyze customer needs and position tailored wireless solutions Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track activity in CRM tools Build strong, long-term customer relationships Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These) 1+ year of new customer acquisition experience (outside B2B or commission-driven sales preferred) Proven outbound sales and prospecting experience Comfort with cold calling, door knocking, and territory building Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship) You’ll Stand Out If You… Thrive in hunter-style, quota-driven environments See quota as the floor, not the ceiling Are disciplined, organized, and competitive Are coachable, resilient, and results-driven Enjoy building a book of business from scratch #J-18808-Ljbffr
