The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They will love meeting and working with people and have the presentation skills to clearly articulate the product's many differential advantages. The territory is the metro San Antonio area, including New Braunfels.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships
Make persuasive sales presentations to Realtors and other residential real estate professionals.
Meet and exceed sales goals
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Maintain an honorable, professional, trustworthy reputation with customers, team members and other partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of sales/business experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in residential real estate transactions (title, mortgage, home warranty, Realtor, etc...) and a network of local real estate professionals is a plus, or a strong desire to work in this industry.
