
Marketing Manager - Residential Real Estate/Homebuilding

Overview Our client is a rapidly growing residential homebuilding organization is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and sales growth. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who understands the dynamics of the residential construction and homebuilding industry and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in aligning sales strategy, brand positioning, and marketing execution across both digital and traditional channels. This individual will lead marketing initiatives that strengthen community visibility, support sales teams, and deliver measurable marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support lead generation, community launches, and home sales initiatives .
Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue objectives and buyer acquisition goals .
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget , ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
Brand Management & Content Development Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral , ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and on-site materials.
Manage website content updates, digital advertising initiatives, social media campaigns, and email marketing programs.
Coordinate professional photography, community marketing materials, signage updates, and promotional assets to support new developments and sales centers.
Ensure brand identity and messaging remain consistent across all marketing touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and performance accountability.
Work cross-functionally with sales teams, design teams, construction teams, and external vendors to support marketing initiatives tied to community launches and inventory promotion.
Build and manage relationships with agencies, creative vendors, and media partners to ensure high-quality marketing execution.
Operational Marketing Support Maintain inventory and organization of marketing materials, promotional assets, and print collateral .
Monitor inbound marketing inquiries and route leads appropriately to sales representatives.
Support the preparation of warranty packets, printed marketing materials, and sales center documentation .
Conduct periodic audits of marketing assets and assist with special projects supporting growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience within homebuilding, residential real estate, construction, or a closely related industry .
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales and lead generation objectives .
Strong project management and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance metrics .
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and campaign reporting systems .
Strong communication, presentation, and vendor management skills.
Preferred Experience Experience supporting new home community launches, builder marketing programs, or residential real estate campaigns .
Familiarity with digital advertising, community marketing events, and builder marketing strategies .
Experience managing or mentoring a marketing team.
