Sales & Business Development Manager – Contract Manufacturing (Hybrid, Bolingbrook IL) We’re building BCFoods’ Contract Manufacturing division and looking for someone who knows how to sell and how to get products made. This role brings in new business and works directly with Operations, QA, R&D, and Supply Chain to move projects from concept to production. What You’ll Do: Bring in new co‑man/private label business Work with plant teams on specs, capacity, and schedules Support product launches from idea through production Partner with CPG and retail customers Represent BCFoods at meetings, visits, and trade shows What You Bring: Experience with private label, co‑manufacturing, or ingredients Understanding of how products are commercialized Ability to work onsite 2–3 days/week in Bolingbrook Comfortable in a growth‑focused, build‑from‑scratch environment If you’ve helped develop or scale private label/coman programs — we want to talk to you.
