Responsibilities Proactively conduct market research and develop a targeted outreach strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and strengthening relationships with potential clients through meetings, calls, virtual sessions, and digital engagement
Identify and prioritize target accounts aligned with the company’s technology services and consulting solutions.
Lead the development and execution of robust business development plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Develop and execute targeted business outreach strategies, proactively engage and follow up with prospective clients, conduct thorough due diligence, and actively monitor emerging opportunities.
Attend and represent the company at technology conferences, industry summits, and networking events to build connections, promote company expertise/services, and stay current with industry advancements and trends.
Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing best practices and supporting the overall success of the business development team.
Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
Exceptional multitasking skills, complemented by a creative and innovative mindset to solve challenges and seize growth opportunities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, ensuring efficient prioritization of multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative team player, eager to contribute and support cross-functional efforts to achieve shared business objectives.
