We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving outbound sales, creating new accounts, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with our General Manager, Director of AV, and Lighting Department Lead to ensure smooth project execution.

The Difference You Will Make

Generate new business through outbound sales efforts and networking.

Manage and develop accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.

Create job orders and manage project details within Current RMS and Trello.

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and develop new market opportunities.

Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services.

A Typical Day
We are seeking an experienced Account manager to join our team. This role is key to driving outbound sales, creating new accounts, and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with our General Manager, Director of AV, and Lighting Department Lead, and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Your Expertise

Proven experience in AV sales and project management.

Strong networking skills and experience with trade shows.

Familiarity with Current RMS and Trello is a plus.

MBA or a relevant college degree is a plus.

Pay Range
Compensation:

Base salary of $50,0000-$70,000 plus 3% commission on accounts.
