Marketing Support Specialist for a hybrid position (3 days in/2 days remote)

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Support Specialist for a hybrid position (3 days in/2 days remote) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This contractor will support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. This role focuses on operational delivery, partner coordination, and asset fulfillment to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives. Responsibilities Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS Coordinate with the Ticket Management team Requirements 6+ months of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics Desired skills Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) Pay range: $35.32 - $40.31 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
