We are looking for a Hospitality Program Contractor to support the operational execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. This role focuses on coordination, logistics management, partner communication, and asset fulfillment to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives.
The candidate will work closely with Sponsorship Managers, business partners, and external entities to support hospitality program execution, manage ticket assets, and coordinate event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of hospitality deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio
Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for hospitality programs and events
Track hospitality budgets and process expenses according to company guidelines
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and sponsorship partners
Manage sponsorship ticket inventory and assets using TMS
Coordinate with ticket management teams to ensure proper asset distribution
Assist with day-to-day operational issues related to hospitality programs
Required Qualifications
6 months or more experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, or Event Operations
Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics
Experience with event or ticket management systems such as TMS or Cvent preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay Range: $35- $38
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
