Job Details Are you passionate about the construction industry and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of electrical systems, estimating software, and possess a friendly demeanor. This role is critical to our organization as it involves selling work by creating accurate estimates and proposals that address client needs, transitioning jobs to operations, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Liaising between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Qualifications Proven work experience of 5+ years as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or relevant role in the construction industry. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level. Solid experience with CRM software, MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Accubid, and Viewpoint. Experience in delivering client‑focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
