We’re Hiring: Strategic Account Executive (PBM/Compliance) Remote | Full Time | Exempt Salary Range: $135,000 – $180,000 annually PBMSource is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive client retention, revenue growth, and new business across the PBM, healthcare compliance, and SaaS landscape. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering internally to expand and enhance PBMSource’s clients and products. About PBMSource PBMSource is a comprehensive PBM compliance and regulatory intelligence platform, providing fast, cost‑effective access to legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmacy benefit management. Our cloud‑based solution simplifies and centralizes compliance to help clients save time and money. What You’ll Do Own strategic customer relationships with accountability for retention, expansion, ARR, and revenue performance Drive renewals, upsells, cross‑sells, and net new sales aligned to company strategic and financial goals Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts against defined revenue targets Prospect and close new business opportunities in PBM, healthcare, and compliance markets Partner with the President and executive team on pipeline management, forecasting, and account strategy Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product, compliance, and leadership teams Represent PBMSource at industry conferences, healthcare events, and executive‑level client meetings Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and ROI‑driven value discussions Track, forecast, and report sales and account activity in CRM tools What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 10+ years of experience within the PBM space, with a strong background in sales, strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client success Direct PBM experience required; background in healthcare, compliance, regulatory environments, technology, or SaaS strongly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills Proven ability to engage in cold outreach, lead consultative sales conversations, and close complex deals Highly analytical, organized, self-driven, and results oriented Remote role aligned to Arizona business hours Travel required for conferences and team meetings Reports to the President Send resume to contact@pbmsource.com.
