The Role We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive to help drive our outbound motion with SMB and mid-market restaurant groups. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, running tailored demos, and closing deals - all while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership.
You’ll work on-site with our Austin-based team a few days a week , bringing energy and momentum to our sales efforts while helping us refine and scale how we go to market.
What You'll Do
Prospect, cold outreach, and qualify multi-location restaurant groups
Run high-quality discovery calls that reveal operational pain points
Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect’s context
Own the full deal cycle - from outreach through to close
Build pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot
Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and product to improve messaging and feedback loops
Contribute to optimizing outbound processes and cadences as we grow
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (outbound required)
Demonstrated success prospecting and closing outbound opportunities
Strong storytelling and discovery skills — you know how to make your prospect feel heard and understood
Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Bonus: experience selling to restaurants, hospitality tech, or ops-driven verticals
Based in Austin or willing to relocate — this is a hybrid role with in-office time required
$70,000 base + $70,000 variable ($140K OTE)
