Our client is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to define and drive the marketing strategy for a leading global scientific instrumentation company across North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape a future‑state role, owning brand stewardship, campaign architecture, and regional marketing initiatives that directly impact growth, awareness, and long‑term brand equity. What You’ll Do: Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels while adapting global brand direction for the Americas. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, aligned with Sales, Service, and Operations priorities. Oversee content creation, website strategy, media planning, and vendor management. Manage marketing budgets and resources, tracking ROI to optimize campaign performance. Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team. What They’re Looking For: 10+ years in progressive marketing roles, ideally in B2B technical or scientific instrumentation industries. Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Strong understanding of global‑to‑regional marketing alignment and Americas‑focused execution. Excellent budget management, vendor oversight, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
