At KCH Transportation, we’re hiring a Middle Market Sales Representative to focus on high-impact, mid-sized accounts ($250M–$500M in revenue). This is a true consultative sales role focused on solving complex supply chain challenges and driving long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do Prospect and build relationships with mid-market companies facing complex supply chain challenges
Develop tailored, multimodal transportation solutions aligned to customer goals
Own the full sales cycle—from discovery through close
Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success
Manage pipeline activity and account strategy within CRM
What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
Proven ability to manage longer, more consultative sales cycles
Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, expedited, drayage, and intermodal solutions
A relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term growth
Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by results
