As a Content Writer, Education and Awareness , you will develop and execute our B2B content strategy. In this role, you will create content that resonates with C-suite executives, business owners, and financial professionals like CPAs. Your work will be instrumental in strengthening our market position and driving engagement with our target audience.
The ideal candidate should have strong writing expertise, combined with intellectual curiosity and business acumen. This role requires demonstrated ability to grasp complex concepts and transform them into compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated business audiences. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities to identify core business values and translate them into persuasive content across diverse channels, while maintaining technical accuracy and brand authority.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives
Create engaging long-form content including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles
Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurture sequences
Understand existing marketing content and tailoring it for diverse industries and sectors
Research and capture trends in the market that impact the services offered by alliantgroup.
Work with SMEs in the US to identify and understand content scope
Transform complex tax, digital, and consulting concepts into compelling business narratives
Manage content calendar and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
Understand and implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and performance
Monitor content metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
Demonstrate agility in adapting content strategies and priorities to address emerging business needs and market dynamics
Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing content writing is preferred
Demonstrated success in B2B content creation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, self-motivated, competitive, and highly professional
High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, generative AI tools, (experience with – Salesforce, Pardot, is a plus)
Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX
