Ideal Candidate Recently graduated or early in your professional career (0–2 years of experience) Has had some exposure to sales or customer-facing work through an internship, part-time job, or project Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Mission-driven and excited to work in the climate space Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay About the Role As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for contractors exploring the platform. You’ll help drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects. This is a foundational role with significant room for growth in both skill and scope.
