This full-time role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you'll play a key part in keeping our service department efficient and customer-focused. Whether you’re experienced in service operations or a strong communicator with technical curiosity, we provide training and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Do: Work closely with the Branch Service Manager and Director of Service Create and manage service work orders for technicians Answer and transfer incoming/outgoing service calls Audit technician time cards and job clocks daily Schedule and track technician trainingHandle health & safety compliance Support the Parts Department (phone & over-the-counter sales) Generate reports for service and performance Compensation: Starting Salary Range: $40,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) Performance Bonuses : Available when goals are met Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Bonus Structure Professional Development Assistance ✅ Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Experience in a service or admin role is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
