The Marketing Analyst will support client’s Communications/Marketing organization by providing digital, web, and marketing analytics to help guide marketing strategy and customer experience improvements. This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, interpreting key digital metrics, assessing web traffic behaviors, and developing recurring reporting dashboards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Google Analytics , strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal business partners. Responsibilities include evaluating impressions, clicks, CPM, CTR, video engagement, and other marketing KPIs ; creating weekly/monthly dashboards ; reviewing outputs from vendors and analytics tools like Medallia; and presenting insights to enhance understanding of customer digital behavior. A bachelor’s degree and approximately three years of relevant analytics experience are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
