Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery through to closing
You’ll execute 60+ daily outreach activities, including calls, emails, and follow‑ups
You’ll guide prospects through a multi‑touch sales journey focused on value and fit
You’ll build and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners
You’ll maintain an organized pipeline using Salesforce and track all activities
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
You’ll consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales or outbound B2B sales
Proven ability to build relationships using a consultative sales approach
Experience engaging with business owners, executives, or high‑performing professionals
Comfortable managing longer sales cycles with consistent follow‑up
Highly self‑motivated, resilient, and organized with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
