We partner with national brands, growing companies, and organizations across the country to bring ideas to life through custom merchandise and apparel. We control production in-house. We move fast. As we continue to grow, we are hiring an Account Manager to support day-to-day order flow and client communication. Role Overview This is an operational Account Manager position focused on execution, organization, and responsiveness. You will manage inbound inquiries, process orders, build quotes, coordinate with production, and ensure projects move smoothly from approval to delivery. This is not a commission-only sales role. It is a stability and growth position designed to increase efficiency, improve client experience, and support revenue growth through proactive account management. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound emails and phone inquiries Process purchase orders and build quotes Coordinate timelines with production teams Provide proactive order updates to clients Track reorder cycles and follow up before clients run out Identify natural upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain CRM accuracy and internal systems Support leadership wherever needed to keep operations smooth What We’re Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with production teams Process-driven and solution-oriented Preferred (not required) Experience in apparel, print, promo, or manufacturing Account coordination or order management background #J-18808-Ljbffr
