Account Executive – New Business Development Charlotte, NC (Hybrid / Field-Based) Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission About Us We are a vertically integrated production and merchandise company specializing in custom apparel, branding solutions, and scalable merchandise programs. With in‑house production capabilities and a strong operational foundation, we are built to support serious growth. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated new business producer to drive revenue. Position Overview We are hiring a results‑driven Account Executive whose primary responsibility is generating new business. This is a true hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, closing new accounts, and building a pipeline from the ground up. You will not be responsible for servicing day‑to‑day account management once accounts are established — your focus is acquisition. If you are motivated by performance, competition, and growth, this opportunity offers significant upside. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, networking, in‑person) Build relationships with decision‑makers Present company capabilities and solutions Close new accounts and transition them internally Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred Proven track record of generating new revenue Comfortable with outbound prospecting Strong communication and presentation skills Self‑motivated and disciplined Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Experience in apparel, promotional products, print, or service‑based sales is a plus.
